Erika Lachica

Erika is Zuricare’s enterprise coordinator. In this capacity, she has direct commercial and managerial touch points to all of Zuricare’s stakeholders, including caregivers, facilities and other members of our core business team. Erika leads Zuricare’s payroll function and provides operational support across a range of Zuricare’s business activities. Her presence in a non-US location enables us to serve our customers and support our caregivers outside of traditional time zone limitations. Erika’s passion for delivering results that matter to our customers and team helps fuel our mission to provide consistent customer-centered service and to contribute to the growth and joy of our caregivers. Erika holds a BS in Psychology from St. Paul University Manila (Philippines).
